Our support technicians are readily available by phone and often will remotely connect to a customer's database to troubleshoot and provide a timely solution. CSI offers two support programs, Maintenance Agreement and Extended Support, to insure complete customer care and satisfaction with LabSoft NR.

Maintenance Agreement
  • Technical Support via phone, FAX, modem, Internet, and E-mail
  • System Support via a VPN (Virtual Private Network), Remote Node or RAS connection.
  • Covers questions about installation/configuration and the general use of LabSoft NR
  • Includes program updates for current version of LabSoft NR
  • Coverage times are from 8:00-4:30 CDT, M-F (excluding major Holidays)
  • One-year agreement

Extended Support
  • Provides Technical Support 24 by 7 by 365
  • Requires a subscription to the Maintenance Agreement
  • One-year agreement
